New Forecast Layout

As of today (6th Sept) there is a new layout to the Hebwx Forecasts.
I think it is easier on the eye and has all the information in one place.

You have the Summary forecast at the top of the page, the 5 day forecast appears as the default and there are tabs under the Summary that will take you to the Detailed Forecast (three hourly) and the Meteogram for graphs.

I hope you like it and, as always, I'd be happy to get some feedback on what you think of the new layout.

Note: There is a known issue with Meteogram when using IE7, some of the tick boxes are not in the right place and days of the week at the top run into the line from the menu tabs. This is being worked on and I hope to have a "work round" in the next few days.
